Posting Completed Image
You will post your completed images here. I expect each of you to turn in a matted image and a critique of another's work. Follow class rules on critiquing other's work if you have questions post them here on the blog.
Computer Design Enlarge Object on Water
Your assignment today is to enlarge an object that is directly related to water. This could be an image such as the one of Nelson and the sucker or choose another object on the water. Make sure your original image is of a simple composition for your first try.
The Image is to be created in PhotoShop CS2 and use a tabloid size page for the project. Save the file as both a psd and a jpeg. The image will be printed on photo paper. You will be responsible for printing and matting of the image for display.
There will be 3 class periods provided for completion of the project. Post any questions to the blog. Let's go fishing!

Cautions & Tools for CS2
While creating your water image you will be using several tools. Make sure when you enlarge any object you keep the original object ratio. We want this to be a realistic image. You may need to open a new page to work on parts of your new image for enlargement purposes. WARNING do not enlarge on your original. Make a copy to ensure you can go back if you need to repair.
Blurring the image slightly may help hide your tool marks from cutting out images. Try different filters to hide uneven edges when needed. Drop shadows may not be a good choice for these types of images.
